Brake and tach problems on JD 5210

When I mow my 5210 hay, I find that the longer I drive, the less brakes I have. Is it possible to overheat the liquid? The brakes work well when cold. Touch doesn’t work even on first run. After 20-30 minutes of operation, the touch screen starts to work and runs while the engine is running. If I turn off the engine and it idles for a few minutes, the tachometer will stop working. Any idea about the problem?

A common problem with brakes is that the brakes are tight.
I know it’s the opposite problem, but if they tighten it, there may be no gasket left.
These are high pressure handbrakes so I don’t think heat is a big issue unless you have a leaky valve or a badly worn piston brake.
Both sides were affected.
There are two problems with incubation. One is more common.

  1. Brake valve does not release all pressure. You can break the rope to see if the brakes are released. (This is less likely to cause problems.
  2. Brake tugs or rings hold the brake piston. (This was my problem… You could park it on a hill at N. And it doesn’t roll. I changed the bushings and pads.. The towing brakes were removed… (Or you can put new ones) I also changed them but after 4-5 years they will flex again.) The ring and there were piston updates.. But I saw that there were problems with the updated parts as well.. There are around 5000-10 pieces without gaps.
